INVESTMENT PROJECT DESCRIPTION

The holiday village is to be constructed in the eastern part of Sunny Beach, RP-I /Regulated Plot/, Quarter-13, covering an area of 10 166 sq.m. The built-up area /BA/ is 3 351.40 sq.m and the unfolded built-up area /UBA/ is 20 211 sq.m allocated in 7 sections as it follows: Section A – BA-425.41 sq.m, UBA-2387.66 sq.m; Section B – BA-426.07 sq.m, UBA-2366.73 sq.m; Section C – BA-621.68 sq.m, UBA-3461.04; Section D – BA-470.71 sq.m, UBA-3221.31 sq.m; Section E – BA-432.36 sq.m, UBA-2870.07 sq.m; Section F – BA-497.02, UBA-3187.78 sq.m; Section G – BA-478.15 sq.m, UBA-2716.75 sq.m. It’s a 6-storey building comprising a ground floor, 4 main floors and a top floor. The unfolded built-up area is allocated in 220 apartments, 44 studios, 4 shops, a cafe, a warehouse and a security-guard room. A guarded parking and children playground are to be constructed as well.
Swimming pool for adults and children is designed in the inner courtyard. It is possible that its visitors use the cafe services. The apartments are to be 100% completed. All construction documents are made up and a permit for construction is issued. Modern building materials and technologies as well as equipment and fittings are to be used at construction.
